At Paradigm,
Concepts, content, sums, illustrations are taught by professional tutors in ways that are easy to comprehend, thus enabling learners to fully grasp, be able to master calculations, concepts and independently find solutions.
Tutoring sessions are structured to encourage learner interaction through active guidance by qualified master tutors. We unequivocally comprehend the correlation in relationship between socioeconomic status as a predictor of a learner’s educational and life trajectory and the type of socialization, opportunities exposure, or lack thereof learners are exposed to in their daily lives. Our focus is on providing quality and affordable tuition.

Offering quality tuition in a disciplined and conducive environment to improve learning techniques of learners through introduction of dissimilar learning styles and capacitating of learners, subject teachers and tutors.

Developing the curiosity of young people about the natural world around them through educational excursions, transfer of learning and experiments, and help them acquire a broad appreciation of the important ideas and explanatory frameworks of science and how scientific enquiry works.

Motivating & mentoring learners to take liking and enjoy learning mathematics and science so that they can have realistic self-reflection on their mathematical and scientific abilities and project and align their subjects with their future careers.

Implement education-focused youth social behaviour change and youth development programmes.
History/Results
Our Maths & Science Youth Development Programme has seen tremendous improvement in the pass rate of Groutville High School (Partnership school) learners where the 2023 iLembe District Top Learner achiever is from and was part of our programme.
The programmes’ core focus is to positively change the plummeting trajectory of Mathematics and Science (Mathematics Literacy included), thus equipping the learners with relevant knowledge, skills and working tools (resources) and in the process gaining self-confidence.
Our cohort was provided with holistic academic support with the aim of enhancing understanding and grasping of concepts by simplifying the learning process and boosting learners’ capabilities, and linking them with skills developmental programmes. The 2023 results proved that the Paradigm Team worked tirelessly to achieve academic excellence.
Our beneficiaries are enrolled at different institutions of higher learning all over South Africa pursuing dissimilar qualifications in Mechatronics, Engineering, Medicine, Technology and Law.

A fully funded sustainable tuition programme where high-quality education is accessible to all learners, regardless of their background, through innovative teaching methods and flexible learning approaches and empowering learners to reach their full potential and make meaningful contributions to society.
